Standard Policy

  • The customer has 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it
  • Items have to be in their original condition, as when they were handed over to the respected courier / shipping service.
  • You will need to state the reason for your return and a picture of your item will need to be taken and sent to info@gasorabox.co.za before shipping back to Gasorabox
  • Please note that we do not allow returns on earrings for hygienic reasons. However should they arrive damaged, you may return them

PLEASE NOTE: THE CUSTOMER WILL BE LIABLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS OF THE ITEM RETURNED IN THE EVENT OF AN EXCHANGE. THIS INCLUDES THE SHIPPING COSTS TO GASORABOX AND THE SHPPING COSTS OF THE NEW ITEM TO THE CUSTOMER

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that items are delivered defective from Gasorabox and there is no clear damage to the item from the courier company, the customer will need to take pictures within 24 hours of receiving the item. Pictures of the defective item will need to be sent to info@gasorabox.co.za. If the items are delivered defective, Gasorabox will refund you with the full amount or replace the item that you have purchased. If the items are not reported defective within 24 hours of receiving it, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.

How to Return Your Items

  • Return expenses will be covered by the customer.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Items can be exchanged for their initial purchase value, if there is an item you wish to have that has a higher value, you can pay the difference. The item must be sent back to Gasorabox within the first 14 days of purchase, starting from the day the item was received
  • Refunds will be done via EFT, once we have accepted the item for a refund, customers will have to send Gasorabox their banking details
  • Important: The customer should ensure that they send their item back with tracking and insurance.
  • Please note that refunds will only be processed once the item is received and that the initial shipping costs is non-refundable for any unsuitable item returns
  • If the items are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective (through no fault of your own wearing or use), we will replace the items or refund the price paid by you, including any shipping charges you have paid, provided that you have not worn, used or damaged the item

Order Cancellations

Gasorabox reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the provider’s standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Warranty or Guarantee

Gasorabox does not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products.

Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by the provider separately from card details which are entered by the client on Payfast’s secure site. For more detail on Payfast please refer to www.payfast.co.za.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once payment is received, delivery takes 3 – 5 working days, during special occasions such as Christmas season and Valentine’s Day this may be extended by two working days due to the high volume of orders. Orders are then handed over to a courier company. Customers MUST make use of the order number as the reference when making EFT payments.

PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Please note, that orders will not be processed, dispatched or delivered on a public holiday. A public holiday will delay the delivery of your order by at least one further day.

Delivery/ Shipping Costs

We deliver within South Africa for free, however a delivery fee will be applicable if the delivery is located outside certain metropolitan zones. We will notify you if this is applicable to your purchase. If you choose not to continue with the order we will charge an administrative fee of R50. The delivery will be made to your stated address – except in the case of another agreement. All information on availability and delivery time are only guidelines and are not binding or guaranteed by Gasorabox. If the ordered product is out of stock, Gasorabox will notify the customer and offer an alternate arrangement.
